Find My Favorite Tablet

I am planning to buy one table for my family but still confuse which one I should choose because there are so many options I can see in the market. The first option comes from Apple product which the most popular table in this day. Apple iPad second generation is in the top list of my choice but still not so sure to buy this one because of no flash support and iOS is not so flexible as android operating system. The candidate as the competitor in my wish list is Asus Transformer TFT101 with flash support  and Honeycomb operating system for android tablet. I have placed several bids in my country’s popular forum for trading second handed mobile phone and other electronic devices. I have compared several reasons, advantages and disadvantages of buying each of them but still cannot decide which one I would buy. Last time I heard from my friend that Apple would launch iPad second generation with only 8 GB storage with cheap price about $200 in March 2012  in order to compete with Amazon Kindle Fire.  It is a great news for me but still cannot verifying this is true or not. I think will use my android phone to browse more about each product’s review so I can decide which is the most appropriate for my family.

The Key Is Efficiency: Focus on Business Processes

If you have been in the corporate world for any length of time, you have probably been part of an effort to streamline processes and drive an increase in efficiency. Business process management for continuous improvement is never solely for the sake of seeing an improvement in metrics. Although employees may feel management only cares about how long each work flow item takes to complete, the true driving force behind such efforts is always the bottom line. Competitive markets and economic downturns bolster the need for better, faster and more accurate processes.

Because the capability of quality output for a people-driven process eventually plateaus, businesses seek technology solutions. Computers are not necessarily replacing people in all processes, but they are enhancing human abilities for efficient production. For example, in a call center environment people take orders and key them into the system. Although typing speeds vary widely, human fingers reach a maximum keystroke velocity where accuracy is no longer possible. The only way to increase the efficiency of the order process is to implement data and technology driven solutions. Examples might include pre-completed order templates, macros for commonly typed words or automating mass entries on frequently entered data.

Designed to integrate with current platforms and legacy systems, products, such as Dell Efficient business solutions, cover the entire scope of operations. Leading automation technology can be deployed in customer service areas, accounting, compliance and production. Specialized resources for government entities, healthcare providers and financial institutions provide technology that works within a culture of heavy regulations. Process management products assist in developing, documenting and deploying new process designs while data resources provide real-time access to performance trends and baseline metrics.

Optimizing efficiencies by creating processes where people and technology work together increases output and profit without decreasing quality. Although potential for automation often comes with worries about lost jobs, when such solutions are implemented properly employee satisfaction often increases. Job functions are easier to perform, customers are happier with products and corporate branding gets a positive boost. Optimizing processes for efficiency’s sake brings benefits companies cannot afford to lose in today’s market.
