Yesterday I read article at one thread in popular forum site at my country. The article described about one forum member who asked Windows Vienna. Unfamiliar with Windows Vienna, I started to search with my popular search engine and finally found that Vienna was the codename of Windows 7. Furthermore I found nice step by step information about transforming the Windows XP looks to Windows Vienna theme. It was great for me to know it and I was planning to install the transformation pack. Have downloaded it but not yet installed because needed spare time to do that.

Just a moment waiting for new Windows 8 in my country with codename Chidori. With a better design and nice enhancement, I am waiting for the next Windows series.

A big manufacturer from Japan, Sony, has announced of the company acquisition for the 50% shares in Sony Ericsson Company. It means no more Sony Ericsson, just Sony with all potency which the company can develop. As we know before, Sony Corp. has been acknowledged as the center of electronic entertainment. Since the company’s idea of developing Sony walkman and discman as replacement of conventional tape or cd player, this company becomes the market leader of enhanced product including in mobile cell phone development. The popular smartphone produced in the brand of Sony Ericsson such as Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc gets nice support from Sony Bravia Engine, the ultimate technology of television from this company.

In my opinion, this movement is a preparation for Sony to get involved more in the market competition and preparing the company to become serious contender for the other mobile smartphone manufacturers such as Apple with iPhone 4S or Samsung with Galaxy phone series. I believe android phone will get the bigger market share in this year, supported by new models launched by several big manufacturers. Let we see how the game begins.

What Kind of Free Software Do You Want to Install at First time?

Installing operating system is not a primary requirement if you buy notebook or netbook especially if the laptop is bundled with the original operating system like Windows 7. So you do not need to worry about the operating system installation because when you turn on the laptop, the operating system has been installed and you only need to configure the personal detail such as computer name, the network name or other related information. But, the problem remains when you want to install software from third party company to support your business and working purpose.

What kind of software do you want to choose? For reference, I usually install several software. The software I choose are Mozilla Firefox as the popular browser in the world. I am familiar with this browser. At second movement I choose to install FoxIt PDF Reader and Free PrimoPDF to create PDF from documents.  To support my interest in music and video, I prefer Nullsoft Winamp to support the Windows Media Player. At this point, all things almost done because I only need to attach the free antivirus which I can choose either Avast! or AVG free antivirus. The last software I usually install is the word package processor that goes to Open Office to support my work.  That’s all the first step for me when I buy a new laptop or computer as my interest. You can follow the same path like me if you want to save your money.

Though I have posted all about the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray before as my favorite android, I’ve found one flaw about this phone. The power battery port was not built well because it disturbs the shape of the phone. In my opinion Sony Ericsson should put the battery charging port at the top of the cell phone, not at left. It is not a major flaw but still annoying for me since Sony Ericsson product is famous because of its great design. Today I want to show another model of Sony Ericsson phone, Live with Walkman a.k.a WT19i. This is not the greatest technology phone but it is still great for me since the price is not so far away from my pocket. Please check a look the picture of the phone below for more details.

With 1 Ghz of Scorpion processor, the phone looks more than just average phone for me. xLoud feature that this phone has brings back memory to the Sony’s walkman phone legend. Two colors available, black and white. I personally prefer to buy the black color because looks catchy for me. The price is only $220 in my country so it is categorized as the medium level android phone. Do not forget that this small phone has 3.2 inch screen with scratch resistant protection also Android gingerbread version built in with the purchasing.

Yesterday I checked my site rank and got the surprises that the Yahoo site explorer is no longer available because Bing (a.k.a Microsoft) has acquired Yahoo site explorer to be included in their system. I do not know how it will affect blogger’s future since Yahoo system has been used as the measurement for the blog quality system. It is really nice to see how it will be.
